Tai Chi for Health
Logan Tai Chi aims to provide classes for the whole community to access. Under our Tai Chi in the park program we want people to utilise the open spaces Logan Council provides to residents. This is a way we can reach the people that need quick access.
We do cater for those who prefer to be under cover. These are limited to the Springwood or Jimboomba areas. Also, for the elderly who are bound to their immediate environment (care facilities). Most people we encounter seem to enjoy performing their Tai Chi outdoors in natural surroundings.
